is a McKeon built fourplex-style condominium community located in Auburn, California. Auburn Greens is located on Highway 49 between Bell Road and Dry Creek Road. Street names within the Auburn Greens condo community are: Galena Drive, Garnet Way, Opal Drive, Park Drive, Quartz Drive, Sapphire Drive and Town Court. Each unit at Auburn Greens is individually owned (and managed, if it is a rental property) so there are no exclusive sales or leasing offices for Auburn Greens condo sales and rentals.   • Auburn Greens 2 (530-823-9551) consists of 79 buildings (316 units) on the west side, which have different colored roofs and gutters. HOA dues are $160.00 per month. No pets are allowed at Auburn Greens 2.
Sewer fees are incorporated in the property taxes and garbage collection is included in the HOA dues. Public utilities are available to residents of Auburn Greens as follows:
